Junior Full Stack Developer (Python)
Location: Hybrid – Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Role Description
We’re looking for a Junior (Entry-Level) Full Stack Developer who enjoys learning, solving problems, and building things from front to back (and everything in between). You’ll get to work on meaningful projects using Python on the back end and modern JavaScript on the front end. If you have a strong foundation and you’re ready to take your skills to the next level, this is a great place to start.
Don’t worry if you don’t know everything yet — we don’t expect you to! You’ll have the support of experienced engineers and a team that values mentorship, clear communication, and continuous learning.
What You’ll Do
- Help build and improve web applications using Python (we use Django/Flask) and modern front-end tech like React or Vue
- Work with the team to turn product ideas and designs into working features
- Write clean, maintainable code and learn how to review and test it
- Fix bugs, improve performance, and keep an eye out for ways to make things better
- Join team meetings, share your ideas, and learn from your teammates
- Take part in real agile development — sprints, standups, retros, the whole thing
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience with Python and a desire to keep improving
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how front-end and back-end connect
- Familiar with databases (SQL or NoSQL — we’ll teach you the rest)
- Comfortable using Git or willing to learn
- Curious, reliable, and ready to take ownership of your work
- A good communicator — someone who asks questions, shares ideas, and collaborates well
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- You’ve played with Django or Flask
- You’ve tried out React, Vue, or similar front-end frameworks
- You’ve worked on a team project, internship, or open-source contribution
- You’ve experimented with things like Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), or CI/CD tools

Junior Product Manager – AI SaaS Products
Location: Hybrid – Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Role Description
As a Junior Product Manager (Entry-Level), you’ll help shape how our Products come to life — from idea to execution. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate user needs into product solutions. You don’t need to have a deep AI background, but you should be excited to work in a space where AI, machine learning meets real-world impact.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build great products, learn from experienced mentors, and grow in a fast-moving tech environment.
What You’ll Do
- Help define product requirements based on user research, data, and business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-powered features and tools
- Break down complex problems into simple product solutions
- Assist in managing the product roadmap and prioritizing features
- Analyze feedback, product metrics, and user behavior to improve our platform
- Participate in sprints, stand-ups, and reviews — becoming a core part of the product development process
- Learn how AI models are built and deployed — and how to productize them in a user-friendly way
What We’re Looking For
- A strong interest in AI, product thinking, and SaaS technology
- Some exposure to product development through coursework, internships, side projects, or certifications
- A problem-solving mindset with an ability to connect user needs to product ideas
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams — especially engineering and Quality assurance
- Eagerness to learn fast, take feedback, and grow
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with agile or scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Figma, or Productboard
- Understanding of basic AI/ML concepts or APIs (e.g., ChatGPT, recommendation engines, etc.)
- Internship or academic project experience in tech, analytics, or product design
